The UAE’s real estate sector has a new kind of training institution. ThinkProp Venture, an Abu Dhabi and Dubai-based institute under the Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) Venture, has launched ThinkProp AI Academy, the country’s first initiative purpose-built to develop AI capabilities in real estate and business professionals.
The launch marks a shift in how professional training works in the UAE property industry. Rather than classroom knowledge transfer, the academy runs on what ThinkProp calls a structured enablement system. Artificial intelligence is built into every stage of the learning process, from initial guidance and simulation exercises to final assessment and performance tracking. The goal is not just to train professionals but to get them ready to operate in real-world conditions from day one.
Jasem Alhosani, Operations Lead at ThinkProp, explained the model this way. ThinkProp AI Academy represents a shift from knowledge-based training to performance-driven enablement, he said. The focus is on ensuring individuals are ready to perform, with clear visibility on their readiness, decision-making, and real-world impact.
What Courses Does ThinkProp AI Academy UAE Offer?
The academy’s curriculum spans multiple disciplines. Courses are offered across real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and general business operations, all developed in line with UAE market conditions and international best practices. The platform is designed to serve internal teams, external clients, and industry partners, creating what the institute describes as a scalable framework for capability building.
The initiative is formally certified by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre and the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, as well as the Dubai Land Department in Dubai. That dual-emirate accreditation gives the academy standing across the UAE’s two major real estate markets.
Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, said the launch reflects the venture’s commitment to innovation and industry advancement. By integrating AI into structured learning journeys, he said, the academy equips professionals with tools needed to succeed in an increasingly digital and competitive landscape.
The academy’s design addresses a gap that has become more visible as the UAE property market grows more complex. Dubai recorded some of its highest-ever transaction volumes in recent years, and competition among agents, brokers, and property managers has intensified. Traditional training formats, built on lectures and certifications alone, have struggled to keep pace with what the market now demands from practitioners on the ground.
UAE Real Estate AI Training Program Eyes GCC and China Expansion
ThinkProp AI Academy is starting at a deliberate scale. Initial plans target training more than 100 professionals in the first phase, according to the institute. From there, the academy plans to double its course offerings by the end of the year and expand into GCC markets, followed by a broader rollout across the Middle East and into China.
That expansion roadmap signals that the launch is not just a local training initiative. The Chinese market inclusion is notable given the volume of Chinese investors active in Dubai real estate in recent years, a demographic that has pushed demand in premium and off-plan segments alike.
ThinkProp itself has been operating as a government-accredited real estate training institute before this launch, with existing ties to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai regulatory bodies. The AI Academy builds on that infrastructure rather than starting from scratch, which means the credentialing pipeline is already in place for professionals looking to have their training recognized.
The timing also fits within a wider push across the UAE to integrate AI into professional development. The country’s National AI Strategy has accelerated adoption across multiple sectors, and real estate, historically slower to digitize than finance or logistics, has been catching up quickly. Property platforms have rolled out AI-assisted search, automated valuation tools, and data-driven client matching over the past two years. A structured training academy built around those realities gives practitioners a way to develop skills that match what the industry now runs on.
ThinkProp has not yet released a public course schedule or enrollment timeline. Details are expected to follow as the first phase gets underway.
