Mian Imtiazuddin, a 75-year-old Pakistani national now based in Islamabad, won $1 million in the Millennium Millionaire Series 540 with ticket number 4732. He purchased the winning ticket online on March 29.
The draw took place on Wednesday, April 8, at the Dubai Duty Free head office in Ramool.
Imtiazuddin previously lived and worked in Abu Dhabi for 20 years and has nearly 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is a father of one and has participated in Dubai Duty Free’s promotions for over two decades.
He chose the “Feeling Lucky” option when purchasing his winning ticket online.
Imtiazuddin is the 28th Pakistani national to win $1 million in the Millennium Millionaire promotion since its launch in 1999. The promotion has been running for over 25 years and has produced winners from 53 different countries.
Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise Draw BMW Winners April 2026
The Finest Surprise draw for luxury vehicles was held alongside the Millennium Millionaire draw.
Babukanth Kanagaraj, a 37-year-old Indian national based in Abu Dhabi, won a BMW 760i xDrive M Gran Lusso with ticket number 0928 in the Finest Surprise Series 1951. He purchased the ticket online on March 21. Kanagaraj has been a resident of Abu Dhabi since 2012 and has participated in Dubai Duty Free’s promotions for more than 10 years. He is a father of two and works as an engineer for a private company.
Artem Fedortsov, a 44-year-old Russian national based in Dubai, won a BMW R12 motorbike with ticket number 0139 in the Finest Surprise Series 662. He purchased his ticket at Terminal 2 on March 20. Fedortsov has lived in Dubai for three years and works as a sales manager for a beach club. He is a father of one and started participating in the promotions after a friend suggested he try his luck.
Dubai Duty Free Managing Director Ramesh Cidambi conducted the draw along with senior executives including Dr. Bernard Creed, SVP of Finance, and other members of the leadership team.
